Covering 1750 square meters, it includes: a restaurant with an open kitchen, the largest banquet hall in the Saratov region with a professional stage, a more intimate banquet hall, four terraces with stunning views, a VIP lounge overlooking the equestrian arena and stage. The remaining 1750 square meters house the largest concert hall in Saratov, with a capacity of over 1000 people. Collaborations between professionals from various fields were a trend in 2019, and we implemented this in 2018. The park-hotel complex includes: an equestrian club with stables and competition arenas capable of hosting international events, a children's club, a hotel, a seasonal ice rink and swimming pool, a spa complex, a park, and the "Cambridge" restaurant complex. To bring this vision to life and fundamentally change the cultural landscape of Saratov, professionals from various fields came together to work on this suburban park-hotel. The menu features dishes of modern English cuisine, presented in a unique style, using local and seasonal ingredients, and with a strong emphasis on vegetable-based dishes.
