Since its founding over 60 years ago, this bright, spotless venue has focused on its signature zongzi – dumplings made with sticky rice from Changhua and peanuts from Yunlin. Those in the know recommend taking the first bite as-is to sample the bamboo leaf taste. Then pair with the briny-sweet sauce and ground peanuts for extra flavour and nuttiness. All the dumplings are made from scratch on the day. They taste even better with kelp miso soup.
