At this restaurant in the chic Alpine CERVO Mountain Resort, located at the end of a ski slope, you are whisked away to an exotic and predominantly vegetarian world of flavours, ranging from Arab to Chinese specialities, from baba ganoush (smoked eggplant, tahini, pomegranate and garlic) to the Indian dal makhani (black lentils, sweet potatoes, mustard tarak and chapati) and dim sum such as "Phoenix Eye" (tofu, glass noodles, black mushrooms and wombok) or Tibetan tse tang churo momos, and sweet mezze for dessert. The atmosphere is nice and laid back. From the conservatory you can look out over Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The open kitchen is another focal point, as are the distinctive decorative items, almost all of which are available for purchase – just like at a bazaar!
