Barbosco

Barbosco is a restaurant with a cocktail bar, located on the first line of the legendary GUM department store. The space combines innovative gastronomy with an impressive cocktail menu.

The Barbosco menu is based on a modern interpretation of food, using locally sourced ingredients. The focus is on meat and fish delicacies, as well as complex and carefully crafted sauces, all presented in a unique style.

Barbosco places special emphasis on cocktails, which guests can only experience here. The signature cocktail menu was developed by head bartender Alexander Chernyavsky, with a focus on using local Russian ingredients such as sorrel, cranberries, lingonberries, figs, and kvass. Depending on the season, the menu features sections with seasonal drinks, highlighting products that are at their peak flavor.

Barbosco is a place that creates an atmosphere for an enjoyable experience. On weekends, lively parties are held with music from well-known Moscow DJs, and each month, guests are invited to themed brunches with special dishes and drinks at attractive prices. In the summer, a spacious terrace attracts guests, while in the winter, a stunning view of the main Moscow New Year's fair and ice rink is a major draw.
