Panoramic restaurant with seafood cuisine by Ava Team on Trubnaya Street.

The project, created by the trio of restaurateurs "Pinsky, Istomin, and Losev," occupies a three-level space in the "Legenda Tsvetnoy" business center. The interiors, designed by the "Geometria" design bureau led by Irina Glik, feature natural, warm tones, flowing lines, and accent chandeliers.

Avrora's menu offers dozens of dishes featuring fish and seafood: signature sushi without rice, made with crab, smoked eel tartare with black truffle, sea bass ceviche, salmon carpaccio with asparagus, raw red snapper, scallops with white mushrooms and foie gras sauce, charcoal-grilled fish with morels, and much more. For meat lovers, there is also a special section with burgers, steaks, and Wagyu beef.

To complement the seafood delicacies, the restaurant offers premium wines by the glass, classic cocktails, and creative variations.
