This restaurant-boutique boasts its own wine cellar and delicatessen. Chef Alexei Chernov's cuisine is a "new Nordic" style with subtle Pacific touches. A large window offers a detailed view of the bright, open kitchen, allowing guests to observe the "creative process." Alexei Tyuzhin's bar menu focuses on gin and complex cocktails, requiring sophisticated preparation techniques (such as foams, milk washing, and dehydration). The wine list is built around minimalist yet powerful flavors, which we believe perfectly complement the "Ag" cuisine. The interior design is understated, isolating the guest from the outside world and immersing them in the experience.
