He began his career at the "Holiday Inn" hotel in Suschevsky. He then continued working at "Jean-Jacques," "4 The Club," and served as the head chef at the gastropub JUST (Voronezh). He also opened and developed the kitchen at Dja'n'Go (Voronezh), Mitkult (Prime Beef) (Voronezh), and completed an internship and worked as the sous chef at "Inostrantsy" (Moscow). Currently, he is the head chef at the Argentum restaurant (Vladivostok). He has worked with European chefs including Antoine Fischer, Juan Zulliani, Juan Carlos Castiglione, and Tom Halpin (former sous chef at NOMA, head chef at "Inostrantsy").
City: Moscow Education: College of Services and Industries, program 32. He grew up in a complete family. He graduated from a music school with a major in guitar and played in a musical group. In his dishes, he prefers to highlight the natural flavor of the ingredients and complement them with various textures and side dishes that do not overpower the main flavor. He also prefers clarity in the combination of flavors and a visually appealing presentation of the dish.
