This bistro, part of Alpenblick hotel (some 500m above sea level), makes for a pleasant dining alternative to Gourmetstübli. The space is cosy, and the food is excellent. On the menu: delicious regional and seasonal dishes, as well as classics such as Simmentaler Kalbfleisch-Geschnetzeltes (slices of Simmental veal in a creamy sauce) and cheese fondue. And be sure to try the rösti! On Tuesday evenings the restaurant hosts a meat fondue buffet.
