AE! Cozinha was born from a desire to transform gastronomy into a true sensory narrative, uniting technical rigour and heartfelt cooking in every dish. With a keen eye for identity and harmony, the concept blends contemporary references with cherished food memories, resulting in fresh creations and boldly defined flavours. Set in a spacious room flooded with natural light, the seasonal menu champions quality ingredients and well-balanced combinations. Our recommendation? Among the starters, the house classic — a creamy pastel, a crispy fried pastry parcel, filled with Lua Cheia cheese — and, for the main course, the pappardelle with braised beef ragù, red wine, roasted tomatoes, and demi-glace sauce are both utterly unmissable. Desserts are under the direction of the inventive chef Walkyria, who oversees a menu brimming with surprising combinations and flavours!
