About
It comes as no surprise that this delightful restaurant has become a benchmark for São Paulo diners in search of the very finest Spanish cooking. Its chef, Oscar Bosch, hails from a family with deep culinary roots in Spain, behind the renowned Can Bosch restaurant in Catalonia. After cutting his teeth at some of his home country's most prestigious kitchens — among them El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca — he arrived in Brazil in 2009, bringing with him the very best of Mediterranean cuisine. With a concept built on refined technique and carefully crafted presentation, the menu features small starters, dishes designed for sharing or not… and delicious rice-based creations, such as Duck Rice, Black Rice, and a flavoursome fideuá de camarões, a Catalan-style noodle dish made with prawns, alongside main courses prepared with the highest quality ingredients. But without doubt one of the must-order dishes of the house is the Tarta de Queso de mi abuela — grandmother's cheesecake, served with green tomato jam and thyme biscuits.
