ADJIKINEZHAL is a large and welcoming Caucasian-style establishment. The restaurant is designed with a modern interpretation of Caucasian aesthetics. The menu features traditional Caucasian dishes, with a focus on fusion cuisine in the special offerings.

We are pleased to present "Adjikinezhal" in a new, contemporary interior that reflects the modern Caucasus: it is filled with light and greenery, with spacious halls and numerous handcrafted details. The wall of the wine room is adorned with a handcrafted mosaic, the same design found on the walls of a dairy factory in Tbilisi. The heart of the restaurant is the open kitchen, featuring a wood-fired oven and a tandoor oven for baking khachapuri and Georgian bread (puri). In the summer, a veranda provides a pleasant space for a leisurely lunch, and in the evening, you can enjoy our signature infusions or Adjikinezhal wines, specially crafted for us. We offer generous portions, with a wide selection of meat dishes and fresh herbs. We grill kebabs and shashlik on the grill. Our khinkali are handmade, and we love experimenting with different fillings! We have khachapuri to suit every taste: a boat-shaped version with egg, and a cheese option created by our chef. The beverage selection is diverse, including Georgian and Armenian wines, homemade options, a variety of cocktails, and unique teas and homemade fruit drinks.
