ADJIKINEJAL is a large and welcoming Caucasian-style establishment. The restaurant is designed with a modern interpretation of Caucasian aesthetics. The menu features traditional Caucasian dishes, with a focus on fusion cuisine in the special offerings.

We are pleased to present "Adjikinejal" in a new, contemporary interior that reflects the modern Caucasus: it is filled with light and greenery, with spacious halls and numerous handcrafted details. The wall of the wine cellar is adorned with a handcrafted mosaic, the same design that can be found on the walls of a dairy factory in Tbilisi. The heart of the restaurant is the open kitchen, featuring a wood-fired oven and a tandoor oven for baking khachapuri and Georgian bread (puri). In the summer, a veranda provides a pleasant space for a leisurely lunch, and in the evening, you can enjoy our signature infusions or Adjikinejal wines, specially crafted for us. We offer generous portions, a wide selection of meat dishes, and plenty of fresh herbs. We grill kebabs and shashlik on the grill. Our khinkali are handmade, and we love experimenting with different fillings! We have khachapuri for every taste: a boat-shaped version with egg, and a cheese-filled option created by our chef. The beverage selection is diverse, including Georgian and Armenian wines, homemade wines, a variety of cocktails, and unique teas and homemade fruit drinks. Our guests choose us for important events, from thesis defenses to weddings, which we are very proud of. Caucasian hospitality for any occasion – that's what we offer!
