This spring, in one of Russia's most important scientific and educational centers, Akademgorodok, the "Adjikinejal" Caucasian restaurant opened its doors, a project by the expert alliance "RESTME" led by Oleg Ionko.

A Special Place The "Adjikinejal" Caucasian restaurant opened in Akademgorodok, in a building of cultural significance. It was awarded a prize at an international exhibition in Montreal. A distinctive feature of the architectural design when the restaurant opened was the all-around glass facade of the main hall, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The focal point for guests is the open kitchen with a wood-fired grill and a brick oven, where famous khachapuri and the traditional Georgian bread, "puri," are baked. Cuisine Alexander Vityugov created the menu, which includes masterpieces of Armenian, Georgian, Uzbek, and Azerbaijani cuisine. Juicy kebabs and grilled meats are cooked over an open flame, and guests are served homemade cheeses and fresh herbs. Khinkali are hand-made, filled with juicy meat filling and fragrant herbs. Bar The head bartender of "Adjikinejal," Igor Zakharov, is a multiple award winner in international and Russian bartender competitions. Under his guidance, signature cocktails, unique teas, and a selection of Georgian homemade wines have been created. "This spring, we have prepared a gift for the residents of Akademgorodok – our flagship restaurant, which embodies all the most innovative concepts of "Adjikinejal." Along with the "Adjikinejal" restaurant, new standards and best practices in the hospitality industry have arrived in Akademgorodok. Simply put, "Adjikinejal" is a large Caucasian home, where there is always a festive atmosphere, a joyful mood, and vivid impressions."
