This spring, in one of Russia's most important scientific and educational centers, Akademgorodok, the "Adzhikinezhali" restaurant, a project by the expert alliance "RESTME" led by Oleg Ionko, opened its doors. A Special Place The "Adzhikinezhali" restaurant, serving Caucasian cuisine, is located in Akademgorodok, in a building of cultural significance. It was awarded a prize at an international exhibition in Montreal. A distinctive feature of the restaurant's design is the circular glass facade of the main hall, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. The focal point for guests is the open kitchen, featuring a wood-fired grill and oven, where the famous khachapuri and the traditional Georgian bread, "puri," are baked. Cuisine Alexander Vityugov created the menu, which includes masterpieces of Armenian, Georgian, Uzbek, and Azerbaijani cuisine. Juicy kebabs and grilled meats are cooked over an open flame, and guests are served homemade cheeses and fresh herbs. The khinkali dumplings are handmade, filled with a juicy meat filling and fragrant herbs. Bar The head bartender at "Adzhikinezhali," Igor Zakharov, is a multiple award-winning bartender, having won numerous international and Russian competitions. Under his guidance, a selection of signature cocktails, unique teas, and a curated collection of Georgian wines have been created. "This spring, we have prepared a gift for the residents of Akademgorodok – our flagship restaurant, which embodies all the most innovative concepts of "Adzhikinezhali." Along with the "Adzhikinezhali" restaurant, Akademgorodok has welcomed new standards and best practices in the hospitality industry.
