The monumental, chrome-plated numerals "1991" are the first thing that greets visitors on the plaza of the Yeltsin Center, offering one of the best views of the city.

The restaurant, with its charismatic interior, offers substantial breakfasts with a view of the embankment and the famous square. The menu features gastronomy both before and after the pivotal year: classic Russian cuisine based on recipes from Naina Yeltsina, and modern urban gastronomy, open to the world and current restaurant trends. The "1991" restaurant boasts one of the largest wine lists, featuring new Russian wines.

From May to September, a summer terrace is open, offering views of the Iset River embankment.
