He has been working in the restaurant industry for 15 years. He started his career in the city of Kirov. His journey began as a bartender and progressed to become the bar manager of the most popular bar in Kirov. After moving to Moscow, he joined the Bar Point team, where he worked for six months. Subsequently, he continued his career at BB GROUP, joining the newly opened restaurant "Kombinat" as a senior bartender. His career then developed within this company. He became the bar manager of "Kombinat" and, concurrently, of Tokyo Bistro on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street. After that, he launched four more restaurant projects: Rebecca, Lin Bistro, Battuta, and Ēster, serving as the head bartender for these ventures. Later, he transformed one of the restaurant projects into a full-fledged bar – Ēster Bar. Currently, he is the manager and head bartender of this project. Achievements: – Winner of the Jameson Cocktail Week competition; – Filming for various major brands and national television channels; – Consulting services; – Organization of a project for mobile bars; – Participation in the Meet For Charity fundraising auction; – Collaborations with major companies.
