Yaroslav was only 13 years old when he got his first job as a waiter at a small cafe. But he quickly realized that this profession wasn't for him. He was then offered a chance to work in the kitchen. And he immediately fell in love with it! That's how his journey began – as a kitchen assistant in the city of Chelyabinsk. At 16, he started working in a large chain restaurant, in a professional kitchen. He absorbed knowledge, gained experience and speed, and mastered various positions and techniques. And within six months, he had learned all the positions. But after two years, he had to go into the army. Upon returning from the army, Yaroslav realized that he wanted to develop only in the field of gastronomy. He then got a job at a high-end restaurant. Within three months, he became a sous chef. He went on internships in Moscow restaurants and fell in love with the gastronomic scene of Moscow. Two years later, he received an offer to become the head chef at a gastropub in Chelyabinsk. This was his first independent project. And a year later: a decision to radically change his life and move to Moscow. He worked as a sous chef and had internships in various projects. After eight months, he received an invitation to become the head chef at the wine bar Septa. Currently, he is the head chef at the restaurant "Parable."
