About
Born on March 6, 1989, in the city of Dnipro, he moved to Moscow at the age of 7. He studied at College No. 144 for the Service Sector, located on Vernadsky Avenue. He started working in a kitchen at the age of 13. In his childhood, he dreamed of becoming a lawyer, but he chose the path of a chef. He began his career at the restaurant "Il Patio," where he worked alongside Italian and French chefs, including Eric Bruno Theron, Andrea Depina, and Andrea Maestrelli.
Timur is a versatile and creative individual who appreciates complexity. He dedicates most of his time to work, and books inspire him to create new dishes. He prefers to work with Mediterranean and European cuisine, but he believes that one should not limit oneself or set boundaries, so he enjoys experimenting. The best dish is the one that brings customers back for more. A few years ago, he wanted to open his own restaurant and wrote a business plan, but he realized that it was a very demanding process that would consume all his free time.
In 2014, he was the sous chef at the restaurant La Taverna. In 2015, he worked at the restaurant "Pirogi, Vino i Gus" (Pies, Wine, and Goose), where he held the position of sous chef with the responsibilities of a head chef, and worked there for almost 4 years. Subsequently, he worked for 1.5 years at the restaurant Benedict (White Rabbit Family).
In October 2020, he began working on a new project – the bar "Davno" on Patricks, creating an interesting gastro-bar. In 2021, he became the managing director and brand chef of the "Davno" bar, while also managing the "Mentano cafe" project and launching the dark kitchen project "PokeBoke."
Since the summer of 2022, he has been the head chef at the restaurant Lumicino.
In his free time, Timur spends time with his family and loves to spend time with his daughter. On weekends, the whole family cooks together, with his wife taking the lead in the kitchen.
