Sergey Nesmachny is the brand chef of the SOUL Gang restaurant group. He began his career as a sous chef and has risen to the position of brand chef, developing a unique approach to both the cuisine and the team. Since September 2024, Sergey has been leading the culinary operations for SOUL Gang projects, including the TOMMY House and Marie Curie establishments. Previously, he was the head chef at the Mike&Molly Italian restaurants and the 12 Sloyev bakeries (075 GROUP, Krasnoyarsk), as well as the R&D chef at the Limoncello restaurant in Bratsk. Before that, he was a sous chef at the Mike&Molly restaurant and the head chef at the Japanese restaurant Shogun. Sergey is a culinary personality on the "Yenisey" television channel, and an expert on TVK and STS Prima, where he regularly shares his original recipes and gastronomic trends with a wide audience. In his work, he combines local ingredients with modern techniques and strives to develop a culture of gastronomy in Siberia. Sergey actively implements an R&D approach in the kitchen, working with textures and presentation, while maintaining a recognizable flavor profile for the dishes. He pays special attention to developing the team, sharing knowledge, and fostering a strong gastronomic environment in the region.
