We grow many of our own ingredients (herbs, vegetables, fruit and edible flowers), taking particular care of our soil. In addition, we collaborate with farmers and fishermen, located mostly in Norway but also in the broader Nordic region, with only a handful of exceptions outside the Nordic borders.
