About
Sabina studied advertising and public relations at university. In her second year, she began her career in the media industry. She joined the television channel "Moscow-24," which is part of the "Moscow Media" holding company. During her two years with this company, Sabina acquired valuable skills that later proved useful in various fields. It was during this period that she became fascinated with pastry making, creating cakes and desserts for herself and her colleagues.
After leaving the media industry, Sabina worked as a home-based baker for a while, taking orders for cakes, pastries, and cupcakes. Realizing that many home bakers in the regions faced challenges in accessing quality ingredients and equipment, she decided to open a confectionery supply store in Obninsk, Kaluga Oblast. This experience was an important step in her career, although the store only lasted for a year.
After the store closed, Sabina continued to develop her skills in the restaurant industry, working in the dining room and then returning to pastry. She completed an internship in the pastry kitchen, where her mentor helped her to systematize her knowledge and taught her effective work organization.
The next step in her career was a collaboration with the restaurant "Hermes," owned by Vyacheslav Kazakov, where Sabina worked for about a year and created her own dessert menu.
Currently, she is the head pastry chef at the restaurants "Hands" and "Hands Asian Bistro," where she continues to surprise guests with her creations and introduce new ideas to the world of pastry. Sabina strives for continuous development and improvement, inspiring those around her with her passion for sweets.
