About
He was born and raised in Nizhny Novgorod, and after serving in the army, he decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts. His early experiences included working at the Italian restaurant Fellini, followed by the karaoke restaurant Belcanto. Later, he joined the team opening a suburban restaurant called "Nest of the Stork" in the city of Kovrov. He also opened a restaurant at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Nizhny Novgorod and worked at the Lachi country hotel in the Moscow region. Throughout his career, he has worked in restaurants in Vladimir, Moscow, and Saransk. He returned to his hometown and worked as the head chef at the Andreas restaurant.
He is married and has a daughter. He enjoys cooking with his daughter at home. He loves walks in the forest and conversations around a campfire, and he also enjoys stargazing. If he hadn't become a chef, he would have become an astronaut. His favorite places in the city include leisurely walks along the Upper Volga embankment and river cruises on the Volga.
