About
Pavel Belyayev heads the kitchen at the Scirocco restaurant. He has experience as a chef at restaurants including Wine&Crab, AQ Kitchen, Adri, AIST, AMARCI, and has completed internships in Europe. He has also worked with Michelin-starred chefs such as Antonino Cannavacciuolo (Antonino Cannavacciuolo restaurant, 3 Michelin stars), Anatoly Komm, Flavio Biazzi, Yuri Rozhkov, Adrián Quetglas (Adrián Quetglas, 1 Michelin star), Marc Fosh (Marc Fosh restaurant, 1 Michelin star), and the Berezyutsky brothers (Twins Garden, 2 Michelin stars). He participated in the 10th World Chef Congress in Spain in 2008, where he presented a film about modern Russian cuisine with Adrián Quetglas. He has received training and completed internships in Italy. In 2021, he received a letter of appreciation from the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, for his contribution to the development of the gastronomic industry in Moscow.
