Pavel Belyayev heads the kitchen at the Scirocco restaurant. He has experience as a chef at restaurants including Wine&Crab, AQ Kitchen, Adri, AIST, AMARCI, and has completed internships in Europe. He has also worked with Michelin-starred chefs such as Antonino Cannavacciuolo (Antonino Cannavacciuolo restaurant, 3 Michelin stars), Anatoly Komm, Flavio Biazzi, Yuri Rozhkov, Adrián Quetglas (Adrián Quetglas, 1 Michelin star), Marc Fosh (Marc Fosh restaurant, 1 Michelin star), and the Berezyutsky brothers (Twins Garden, 2 Michelin stars).
