He worked in restaurants in Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg. Currently, he is the head chef at the "Zveroboy" restaurant, which specializes in Ural cuisine. He is one of the founders and head chef of AUK (Authentic Ural Cuisine), a project aimed at reviving and uniting the cuisine of the Ural region.

He was born in a small but very beautiful city in the Urals – the city of Miass. In 1999, he moved to Yekaterinburg and graduated from the Ural State Law University with a degree in law. He worked for 5 years as the head of the legal department at a large federal holding company.
