I completed the "Culinary Arts" course at SwissAm in St. Petersburg, where there were many excellent instructors from various countries. This allowed me to get as close as possible to different cuisines without leaving the country. I participated in various festivals (Migustro, "Chef's Breakfast"). At one point, I contacted Chef Vladimir Chistyakov at "Bureau TsUM" and received a positive response with an invitation to join his team. I quickly packed my belongings and flew to Moscow for a new job. After working there for a while, I was offered the position of head chef at the wonderful coffee shop "Cherny," where I am currently working.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time in quiet and peaceful places, away from the hustle and bustle. In the winter, I like to go snowboarding, and in the summer, I enjoy cycling. Music also plays a significant role in my life, especially playing the guitar and composing music.
