About
The head chef of the Tunguska restaurant (Krasnoyarsk, ranked in the TOP-50 "Where to Eat" in Russia, and a TOP 8 winner at the international Restaurant & Bar Design Awards), and the brand chef of the Berrywood Family restaurant group, Nikolai Bobrov, is reviving the culinary traditions of his native Siberia, with its love for fire and wood-fired ovens. He pays special attention to local ingredients, reinterpreting the gastronomy of this unique region in a new, modern way, showcasing what Siberian cuisine can be. He previously worked as an intern at the St. Petersburg restaurants Cococo (under Igor Grishchenko) and Tartarbar (under Dmitry Blinov), as well as at Brisket BBQ in Moscow (under Alexei Kanevsky).
