About
Over the past 14 years, I've gained experience in a variety of settings. The restaurants and their chefs have been diverse.
I was born in the southern city of Stavropol. I graduated from university with a degree in software engineering. After graduating, I moved to St. Petersburg to gain experience working with chefs in the northern capital. After a couple of years, I decided to spend some time in Sochi to experience the cuisine of the Black Sea coast. A year later, a friend offered me a position as a head chef in a restaurant chain in Moscow, which I gladly accepted. After three years of working together, I decided to take a break and recharge in a warmer climate. After resting and regaining energy, I returned to the capital, where I was offered the opportunity to launch a new restaurant from scratch, during the pandemic! This was a bold move by three of my friends, and I decided to join them. After a couple of months of renovations and preparations, the "Crab Beer & Wine" project came to life. It's a place with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly team of professionals.
