Chef Nikita Angurov, a graduate of Arkady Novikov's culinary school, has honed his skills through internships with Vladimir Mukhin (White Rabbit Family), Mikhail Samonov, and Nikolai Vovchinsky (Lucky Group, Loro). His professional background includes participation in the "Young Knives" show and a semi-final appearance on the "Hell's Chef" program on the "Piatnitsa!" television channel.

Nikita Angurov specializes in sauces, fish, and meat, with a particular focus on the art of aging. His approach is based on attention to textures, flavor balance, and the details that create the harmony of a dish. He gained experience in French cuisine through a structured process: he mastered the fundamentals at Arkady Novikov's school, refined his skills at Loro, and drew inspiration from travels throughout France.

At "Alpinists," Angurov will be developing French cuisine in his own unique style, building upon the restaurant's culinary traditions – a combination of Alpine simplicity, French refinement, and locally sourced ingredients.

Under the direction of Chef Nikita Angurov, the cold appetizer section features delicacies such as a delicate foie gras terrine with figs and white wine marmalade, a Rossini steak, octopus carpaccio with an alagrà sauce, citrus and nutty notes, and even a French burger with morels.

The "Alpinists" brasserie, by Co-Co Team, offers French cuisine at an altitude of 540 meters, with a panoramic view of the Caucasus Mountains. Here, they value authentic flavors, local ingredients, and an atmosphere where gastronomy becomes an extension of the landscape.
