About
Throughout her career, she has worked as a head chef at restaurants such as News Cafe and "Letnyaya Veranda," as a brand chef for the Beerman restaurant chain, and is currently the head chef at the #SibirSibir restaurant, which won the "Golden Palm Branch" award as the best restaurant concept in Russia in 2016.
She has studied and worked alongside Jérôme Coste and Michele Broccoli. During culinary tours of Japan, Germany, and Canada, she gained experience and new culinary ideas. In 2010, she managed the kitchen at the "Russian House" during the Vancouver Olympics, serving members of the IOC, foreign delegations, and athletes. In January 2020, she prepared dishes for a private "Nouvel an Russe" (Russian New Year) dinner at one of the best yacht clubs in Monaco.
