My career in the restaurant industry began at the age of 23, after graduating from university with a degree in Russian tax law. Five years later, I realized that the financial and economic skills I acquired at university could be valuable and find a place in the restaurant industry as well. Today, as a restaurant chef and chief operating officer, I strive to continuously improve my business and leadership skills to create a more harmonious work environment and optimize operational processes. Hobbies: running, cycling.
