About
He was born in the Siberian region, where he began his culinary career at the age of 14. He lived and worked in Gothenburg, Sweden, for three years, after which he returned to his homeland and became the personal chef for the CEO of "Vostok Gazprom." He has been involved in 40 successful startups in Russia. He previously served as the head of the catering department at the "Yuzhny" sanatorium, affiliated with the Russian Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Siberian Guild of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, and a member of the French gastronomic association "Best of Gastronomie." In 2021, he became the head of the expert council of chefs for the Association of Culinary Professionals of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Currently, he is the chef and owner of the Uzundzha restaurant. The key to his success lies in his persistence, which he uses as a tool to realize his skills, and his unwavering commitment to quality in every product he uses.
His interests include reading, cooking, self-improvement, and spending time with his family.
