Ildar is an experienced and passionate chef specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine. He has followed a long and interesting path to turn a childhood dream into a lifelong pursuit. He started his career in the culinary field at the age of 16, joining the Bangkok restaurant due to his strong interest in cooking. Ildar began as an intern and then tried various positions in the kitchen. He trained under many chefs in Krasnoyarsk and also completed internships in restaurants in St. Petersburg.

"My goal is to make people happy and satisfied through food," says Ildar. "I want every guest in our restaurant to feel special." The chef doesn't blindly follow trends in his work, but rather considers the ingredients and their unique flavors.
