For four years, he worked at the restaurant "Gusto" under the guidance of the Italian master Fabrizio Fatucchi. This Italian foundation is the cornerstone of Igor's culinary knowledge. It was during this time that Igor developed his skills as a chef and gained a deep understanding of flavors. Subsequently, he spent two years with the "Italy Group" restaurant chain, followed by two years at the "VOX" restaurant, and then another two years at the "Mona" restaurant. His most recent projects include working on the ventures of Andrey Pertsev: "Gringo," "Litera G," and "OGNIVO."

Igor is known for his humility and sharp intellect. He believes that cooking delicious and proper food is not heroic, but rather a routine and a job that should be done well. In his free time, he enjoys playing football.
