About
She has 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working in various types of food and beverage establishments. She began her career at the age of 16 and has been specializing in wine for the past 8 years. She graduated from two sommelier schools: the first, run by Igor Georgievich Scherbatov, is the oldest school in the city and has a strong academic foundation in wine; the second, run by Dmitry Anatolyevich Zhurbin, a renowned expert on Bordeaux wines. Her first job was at the restaurant "Abricosov" on Nevsky Prospekt, 40, where she worked as a sommelier for two years. Afterwards, she helped with the opening of the caviar bar "Caviar Russia," focusing on champagne and white wines. She then worked as a brand ambassador for the Italian wine portfolio of the company "Ladoga," where she worked closely with Dmitry Zhurbin for three years. In parallel, she continued working in the dining room and opened a bar at "The Wine Warehouse." Subsequently, she spent two wonderful years at "Na Vina!", considered the best wine bar in St. Petersburg. Currently, she is the head sommelier at the restaurant "OGNIVO" and is also involved in other projects with Andrey Pertsev.
