Wehmann Our restaurant has been certified organic (DE-ÖKO-006) since 2012, but my commitment to North German cuisine, regionality and the seasons spans more than four decades. So, as well as Heligoland lobster and North Sea brown shrimp, we also use vegetables from our local area and now serve a vegan set menu too.
