Firuz DzhuraevCommunity profile

About

He was born in the city of Samarkand. Since 2004, he began his career as a baker at the SPAR supermarket, where they made Baltic-style bread, and he fell in love with the profession. After that, he dropped out of law school and continued his career as a baker. At the "Khleb Nasushchiy" bakery-cafe, he gained experience in making croissants and authentic French baguettes. In 2009, he completed a course and received a diploma from the French Ecole Lenotre. Subsequently, he worked as a technologist at the "Paul Bakery" bakery-cafe, as a head baker at "Cafe Orloffskiy Khleb," and as a head baker at Paul bakeries. Since 2013, Firuz has been the head baker at the "Cafe Tchaikovsky" restaurant. His first task in this position was to change the product range and teach the bakers how to make croissants and French bread. The restaurant provided complete freedom for professional activities: ample space for creativity, opportunities to experiment and create new types of bread, and a careful selection of the best ingredients. The bread is made with natural sourdough, and the croissants and brioche are made with natural butter. The restaurant's menu includes 11 types of bread, 13 types of pastries, 9 types of sweet baked goods, 4 types of pies, and 5 types of cakes. All the products from the "Cafe Tchaikovsky" bakery can be called "bio" – the bread and pastries are made without additives or artificial ingredients, using only natural products of the highest quality.
