Evgeny Levchenko worked for several years at White Rabbit Family, in projects located in Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana, and Moscow, as a pastry chef and senior chef. Later, he headed the kitchens of restaurants in Abkhazia, Sochi, and Yekaterinburg, where he developed a passion for dough, pizza, and bread. This love for working with dough became particularly evident in 2018, and during the quarantine, the idea for the online school BACK KITCHN BAKERY was born, where Evgeny teaches the craft of sourdough bread making.

In July 2021, together with Olga Grigorieva, Evgeny became a co-owner of the pizza bar "Kubana Toscana," where he implements Nordic Cuisine using local products from the sunniest region of Russia.

In September 2021, Evgeny Levchenko participated in the All-Russian Championship in Culinary Arts and Service, where he competed in the "Classic Pizza" category and received the cup of the Association of Pizzaiolos of Russia.

His core values are purity, simplicity, and freshness, as well as adhering to seasonality and using products that are grown locally, influenced by the climate, water, and soil. At the same time, Evgeny is excellent at adapting to the latest trends and skillfully uses modern techniques and technological equipment in his work.

Evgeny bakes organic bread using a 17-year-old sourdough starter and is a co-owner of the BACK KITCHN project, where he teaches the craft of bread making online. He also has hobbies unrelated to the kitchen, including composing music, filming and editing videos, and taking black and white photographs with a Zenit-122 camera.
