About
"From a young age, I've loved two things: cooking and the sky. I was involved in gliding sports, but I dreamed of flying a fighter jet. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, I wasn't able to join the military aviation due to health reasons; the selection process is very strict. So, I decided to study to become a chef, although, to be honest, I didn't take that profession very seriously at the time. Later, I worked in a kitchen, and that really captivated me. I realized that this was my calling. I worked as a chef and sous chef, and I learned a lot from experienced chefs. Then, I went into "freelancing" and became the head chef at the restaurant "Zhukovka" – that was my first significant experience. I worked in Kazakhstan at the restaurant "Villa de Fiori," and in 2015, we were named the best restaurant in the republic. In 2020, I moved to Moscow and became the head chef at the Italian cafe "Maria Santa," the pub "Pig and Rose," and the French bistro "Chère Maman."
I was born in Moscow and graduated from the Culinary School No. 165 and the Russian International Academy of Tourism."
