On Friday, November 28th, at 7:00 PM, the legendary Savva restaurant will host a significant culinary event: for the first time in the capital, a collaborative dinner will be held with the team from the St. Petersburg project "Peremena," which was launched in September 2025 by the Duo Band group. This evening will mark "Peremena's" debut tour and offer a unique opportunity for the Moscow audience to experience contemporary Russian cuisine from chef and restaurateur Dmitry Blinov, pastry chef Stas Paul, as well as Savva's executive chef Andrey Shmakov and pastry chef Artem Grachev.
