About
We operate on a very regional basis, and short supply chains and our own garden help ensure that Franconia takes centre stage in our kitchen. Renovation and conversion work is carried out by local tradespeople; in addition to growing our own produce, we compost, generate electricity via photovoltaics and heat our premises using wood chip heating with timber from our own forests.
