About
In 1999, Artem began working at the "Le Duc" restaurant, owned by Andrey Dellos, where he worked under the guidance of renowned French chefs Eric Le Provo and Jérôme Costi, a Michelin-starred chef, until 2003. After that, Artem worked as a sous chef alongside Yannick Alléno at the French catering company "Potel & Chabot" (branch in Moscow) for three years. Artem first became a head chef at the "Respublika" cafe in 2006. In 2010, he moved to the "Masterskaya" club, and two years later, he was invited to head the kitchen of the Mercedes bar with panoramic views.
Artem was born in the city of Norilsk in 1974, and moved to Moscow at the age of 17 to attend university. However, after several years of studying, Artem decided to change his field of activity to one that had always fascinated him, and he began to learn the craft of cooking. Working in the kitchen has brought him immense pleasure for over 20 years.
Artem's greatest inspiration comes from his family, music, and travel to distant countries, which help him broaden his horizons and gain new experiences.
