About

Born in the village of Vorsha, Vladimir Oblast, on June 13, 1994. His first favorite food was fried potatoes. He decided on his career path while still in middle school. His role model was his uncle, who was already working as a cook, and he enjoyed cooking with him. Chicken liver was a food he didn't particularly enjoy as a child. He then studied at a culinary school to become a cook, and later went to university to study food technology. After graduating from culinary school, he started working as a cook. After working as a cook for 4 years in one of the restaurants in Vladimir, he decided that he needed to move on and gain new knowledge. Before joining the "Lepota" restaurant, he had worked at restaurants called "Krucha," "Dobrograd," and "Chacha." He has been working at the "Lepota" restaurant since 2019. The number of guests has increased significantly since then, due to the increase in tourism. It's difficult to single out one local product, as there are many. However, one very popular product in Suzdal is "gruzdi" (a type of wild mushroom). This product is seasonal, so we harvest it for the entire year. Our restaurant has a large charcoal oven called "Hospur" and a large smoker called "Vesta." Therefore, our restaurant's motto is "We grill, steam, and smoke." Among the regional drinks, mead is definitely worth mentioning.
