Andrey trained at one of the best bartending schools in Russia, Bar Solution School, and participated in masterclasses led by bartenders from The World's 50 Best Bars, including Nikos Bakoulis (The Clumsies, Greece), Artem Peruka, and Igor Zernov (El copitas bar, St. Petersburg). Andrey has been working in the industry for over 18 years. He has experience with various projects in Moscow, including 354 Restaurant Group (Ruski, "Picnic"), and has managed bars in Sochi, such as the gastropub La punto, the "Morskoy" restaurant, and the mountain resort complex of Gazprom.

Andrey Lagodich is one of the few bartenders in Southern Russia who doesn't chase fame. He transforms each cocktail into a work of art, using seasonal and local ingredients, as well as molecular techniques – his "nano-spheres" have already impressed many guests! Creativity, continuous improvement, and the exchange of experience are Andrey's guiding principles. Guest bartending is an excellent way to showcase his talents and learn from his colleagues. Several industry stars, including Andrey Bolshakov, Evgeny Shashin, Ilya Doronin, and Evgeny Malko, have already had the opportunity to work behind Andrey's bar during guest appearances.
