Our ingredients are sourced exclusively from our producer network, which has grown to include over 40 regional farms. This partnership allows us to be closely involved in the rearing of cattle, lamb, game, pork and poultry, and we always process the animals "nose to tail". In addition, we grow our own vegetables, fruit and herbs. We compost and repurpose any kitchen remains.
