He worked at the "Tarantino Bar" restaurant in Nizhny Novgorod, then at "Moskva" in St. Petersburg, and subsequently became the sous chef at the "Kokoko" restaurant, where he worked for six years with Igor Grishchenko. Since 2021, he has been the head chef at the "Flor" restaurant, specializing in modern Portuguese cuisine, in St. Petersburg.
He has progressed from being a cook to a head chef, and has worked at gastronomic dinners with renowned chefs such as Mauro Colagreco, Gaggan Anand, and Jorge Quintonil, whose restaurants are featured in "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" list.
At the Monaco Grand Prix, he prepared meals for high-profile guests, including Prince Albert II of Monaco and King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. He was also involved in organizing the "Russian Food and Culture" festival in Taiwan and prepared a dinner for the President of Taiwan. Other professional achievements include a dinner at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Polenza (Italy) and the "Dinner in the Sky" event in 2021.
