The menu for the "M2 Organic Club" cafe is created by Chef Alexei Zharikov. Alexei is a chef with 13 years of experience. He has been responsible for the culinary aspects of several large projects and major events, including the China Fisheries & Seafood Expo (in Qingdao) and the Eastern Economic Forum. Alexei also served as the sous chef for the renowned Italian chef and host of the cooking show "MasterChef Kids," Giuseppe D'Angelo.
