A family-run restaurant with rooms available for those guests keen to explore the beautiful La Vera region. It is run by two siblings, Pilar and Víctor, who have taken over the reins here with both enthusiasm and dedication. They offer an à la carte service with daily recommendations (such as black pudding fritters with green chilli foam or aubergine with miso), a set menu (lunch only, weekdays) and two tasting menus: La Finca, serving 8 courses, and Villa Xarahiz, serving 13 courses (both are available by reservation only, in a separate, elegantly appointed dining room). These feature Iberian meats, suckling pig, young local goat, and the famous Grandma Fidela’s 'migas', renowned throughout the local area. Another detail? Víctor is also a lover of rum, hence the choice of over 150 different varieties.
