Living up to its name, which means “honest” in Mandarin, it uses fresh, simple ingredients to prepare classic Taiwanese dish egg noodle soup. The dish, available in veggie or clam versions, comes in a clear, refreshing kombu broth without the fried toppings and hot pot ingredients commonly found elsewhere.
