Domus (Latin for "home") is presided over by a dream team of two chefs and a maître d', who earned their stripes at prestigious MICHELIN-starred restaurants and upmarket bistros (the chefs met at La Table du Connétable in Chantilly). They take full advantage of the Sologne terroir and seasonal produce to craft mouthwatering-sounding dishes – think veal carpaccio confit, sauce ravigote and creamy gherkins, or a thick cut of sturgeon cooked a la plancha, with braised pak choi and sweet peas. Excellent value for money at this restaurant, which is often fully booked.
