Kricket now boasts four branches across London, but this Soho spot was its original permanent home after its pop-up origins. The counter in front of the open kitchen dominates the room and is huge fun, although the seating downstairs has something of a cool nighttime vibe. The generously priced menu leans towards India’s more southerly states in authentic dishes that burst with flavour. Highlights to look out for include Goan sausage croquettes, Keralan fried chicken with a delicious curry leaf mayo, and succulent Karnatakan pork neck.
